You’ve probably heard it said that bathrooms and kitchens sell the home. Our clients have a beautiful house down in Derby, KS that they are preparing to sell. The master bathroom had outdated tile and a basic fiberglass shower. Our clients wanted to upgrade the bathroom to better be able to sell their house for top dollar.
For the shower we installed the Schluter water proofing system as we always recommend to do, to ensure that the shower will never leak! We tested the shower for leaks prior to tile installation, to guarantee that our clients get the best finished product possible.
We then tiled the shower base and the shower walls with a gray tile combination. We installed Schluter stainless steel trim. These updates were budget-friendly but really updated the space and made this master bath much more appealing.
We also tiled around the back splash of the vanity and tub deck with a complementing gray tile.
