Christian and I had the great opportunity (along with 80,000 other attendees!) to travel to Orlando last week to attend the International Builder’s Show. We attended many classes on ways to grow and improve our business. But apart from the classes, there were two giant halls filled with vendors displaying their best products for all things remodeling and building. From cabinets, to roofing materials, to self-cleaning toilets, they had it all! Here are two of the latest innovations we came across at IBS.

Delta’s ShieldSpray Technology

Check out this video that shows Delta’s latest feature. A hard jet of water rinses dishes clean, while a shield of water keeps food and water from splattering all over you and your kitchen. You can read more about it on delta’s website. Just had a new faucet installed? You can get a new nozzle with the ShieldSpray feature without replacing the entire fixture!

Kohler’s Rain Shower Head

Check out this video of Kohler’s latest rain head. There are two great features here. Kohler has developed a way for the water to actually form droplets like rain before it falls! Second, more forceful streams of water to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of your hair can be activated by the push of a button! If you are looking for a spa-like experience in your own home, this will deliver.
