Ben grew up in Wichita, KS and is one of eight children. He grew up enjoying golf and video games and didn’t have much of a background in construction when he joined Pinnacle in 2014. At the time, he didn’t even know how to read a tape measure, but he did know he wanted to learn and grow in the field. Ten years later, he’s head of our field staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. His favorite Pinnacle core value is “we work hard,” and it’s clear why. It’s one of his personal core values and the reason why he was able to work his way up from entry level to manager.
When Ben isn’t at the office, he likes to spend time with his wife and three kids, playing outside, going on walks, and swimming during the summer. He also spends a lot of time smoking meat to cater weddings and other events.
