Christian Raab
Owner/FounderChristian is the founder and owner of Pinnacle Homes. He began the company here in Wichita in January of 2012. He grew up in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, working the summers with his neighbor, who was a contractor. He later went to school to earn his degree in business with a construction emphasis. Christian’s vision for the company has always been to provide homeowners with a great experience as they work with a professional team they can trust.
When Christian isn’t at the office, you can find him spending time with his 4 kids, woodworking, and watching the Steelers.
Rachel Raab
Co-Owner
Rachel grew up in South Carolina and moved to the Wichita area with Christian right after they finished college and got married. She and Christian have spent countless hours working on their own remodeling projects and enjoy watching their plans become a reality! Rachel’s background is in education with strengths in organization and attention to detail. She maintains and oversees the administrative portion of the business, keeping everything in the back office running smoothly.
When Rachel isn’t at the office, you can find her spending time with her four wonderful kids, preferably outside!
Nathan Palmer
CarpenterNathan was born and raised in Kansas and joined us with a background in maintenance management and 15 years of construction experience. He grew up with a passion for sports and woodworking, learning some from his grandfather, but mainly being self-taught. Nathan is a go-getter, if he doesn’t have the solution to the problem, he will figure it out quick. He is always willing to learn and eager to help however he can.
When Nathan isn’t at the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Jess, playing with the kids, working on his lathe skills, doing woodwork projects, watching how-to’s for building and fixing things, or disc golfing and playing board games with friends.
Fun Fact: Nathan competes in obstacle races!
Lacey Struska
Designer/Selections Coordinator
Lacey grew up on a farm near Abilene, Kansas where she spent her time reading, playing with friends, and participating in sports like volleyball and basketball. She has always appreciated colors, patterns, and aesthetically pleasing things; and loves helping clients with the challenge of creating something functional, beautiful, and designed specific to their needs and likes.
When Lacey isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls, taking walks, drinking boba teas, reading books, and eating authentic Thai or Mediterranean foods.
Jason Holt
Field StaffJason was born and raised in Derby, KS. He has always been drawn to projects that allow him to work with his hands and create. He joined our team with a desire to learn practical skills and gain an understanding of how structures are put together.
When Jason isn’t at the office, you can find him spending time with family and friends and reading lots of fantasy books like Lord of the Rings or the Storm Light Archives. He also recently purchased a carving set and is excited to work on his whittling skills.
Fun Fact: Jason won our 2020 company chili cookoff – and it was his first time making chili!
Ben Miller
Project Manager
Ben grew up in Wichita, KS and is one of eight children. He grew up enjoying golf and video games and didn’t have much of a background in construction when he joined Pinnacle in 2014. At the time, he didn’t even know how to read a tape measure, but he did know he wanted to learn and grow in the field. Ten years later, he’s head of our field staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. His favorite Pinnacle core value is “we work hard,” and it’s clear why. It’s one of his personal core values and the reason why he was able to work his way up from entry level to manager.
When Ben isn’t at the office, he likes to spend time with his wife and three kids, playing outside, going on walks, and swimming during the summer. He also spends a lot of time smoking meat to cater weddings and other events.
Fun fact about Ben, he’s passionate about tools, especially DeWalt!
Jacob Kliewer
Project DeveloperJake grew up in Newton, KS with his 7 siblings. He remembers spending time working on relief carvings and entering his creations through 4-H. At 16, he began working part-time as a carpenter’s assistant and has been involved in the industry the majority of his time ever since. Jake is very detailed and diligent; he works hard to complete every project with precision and quality to ensure our clients are satisfied with the craftsmanship every step of the way.
When Jake isn’t at the office, you can find him spending time with friends and family, hanging out at his family’s farm, or working on his hunting cabin that he has built from the ground up using mostly reclaimed materials.
Fun Fact: Jake can ride a unicycle!
Steve Raab
Field Staff
Steve began working his summer’s with Pinnacle Homes in 2018 and has been full-time with us since the spring of 2021. His favorite areas of construction are painting and finish carpentry work which includes door and window installation, trim, flooring installation, wainscoting, crown molding and cabinet installation; but what he really enjoys most in life is connecting with people. He hopes to cultivate that skill more and more as he learns and grows in the field.
When Steve isn’t at work, you can find him working out, fishing, playing sports, and reading!
Fun Fact: His favorite movies are the Dark Knight Trilogy – any other Batman fans out there?!
Hannah Andrews
Office Manager
Hannah joined the Pinnacle team with a background in administrative roles and office management. She assists with many of the duties around the office, including bookkeeping, marketing, HR, scheduling, and client relations. She’s available at the office during business hours and is always eager to help in whatever way she can.
When Hannah isn’t at the office, you can find her enjoying time outside, working on her home and yard, or relaxing with her husband, Luke, and cat, Sage.
